Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Art Director to lead our design team for a temporary (3-4 months) full-time role. The Art Director will be responsible for translating robust strategy-based briefs into stunning visual brand identities, including illustrations, graphical elements, and website design. They will work closely with a small, highly capable team of designers, guiding them to deliver impeccable visual work that resonates with our clients' strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a small team of designers, focusing on guiding rather than intense managing.

Implement design strategies into compelling visual identities.

Collaborate closely with strategists to ensure alignment of visual concepts with overall brand strategy.

Ensure high-quality, detailed work that balances both the micro and macro aspects of design.

Required Experience

At least five years of experience in branding, with a minimum of three years in an agency environment.

At least two years in a leadership or senior role within design teams.

Essential Skills

Excellent team collaboration skills.

Strong expertise in branding and identity design, with a proven ability to translate strategic concepts into compelling visual identities.

Strong ability to manage project timelines and deliverables (project management experience is a plus).

Attention to detail with an eye for both the small details and the big picture.

A commitment to high-quality output.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.

Experience in UI/UX design.

Educational Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field is preferred but not required.
